  • Functional mobility and falls risk assessments

Assessments in the person’s own home provides valuable insight and information. We assess general mobility, transfers and falls risk. We are able to identify high risk fallers and develop comprehensive strategies to minimize their falls risk. This includes the development of balance retraining programs, home modifications and assistive devices recommendations. We are able to work closely with vendors in the provision of appropriate equipment.
